Another great week here at Coffee With A Lid

Shot a pop video with Debs, Clare, Hugh, Roddy & Ali (BLUEFLINT) at the intriguing James Woods & Son Barber Shop in Edinburgh.

They are about to head off on tour with The Proclaimers and this video will help raise their profile and familiarise many more potential fans with their music and warmest of attitudes.

The session ended up with many friends and family showing up to whip the day into a bit of a mad frenzy. Video will be finished this week.

Friday saw us attend the 2nd Edinburgh International Technology Festival: Turing in association with Interactive Scotland.

The day was most interesting and the BIG DATA sessions in the morning were very enlightening.

Highlight of the day had to be a very humorous showing of Blippar’s capabilities by their CEO,  Ambarish Mitra.

The day rounded off with very interesting talks from Anthony Rose, Co-Founder & CTO, Zeebox, Luke Gaydon, VP Operations EMEA, Brightcove and Gareth Capon, Product Development Director, British Sky Broadcasting around the topic of ‘second screen’ future and current developments.

Congratulations and thanks go to Alistair Gunn of Interactive Scotland and his team for a most enjoyable and enlightening day.

OK, it’s Sunday, new week about to start!

Carpe PM!
