A message from Colin Usher, Founder
Around a year ago, the choice to go solo was made and Coffee With A Lid Ltd was set up. (We then hit the ground sprinting..)
This has proven to be the best decision I have ever made.
2012 has been a roller coaster of a journey, the company has profited massively through the people we have met, the many rich experiences we’ve had and a series of very significant lessons learned. (not forgetting the pile of hard work undertaken!)
Setting up a lean digital media concern in the ‘double-dip/ongoing recession’ could maybe have been seen as madness. We certainly didn’t think so.
Our client roster and partnerships in year one have laid the building blocks for a few larger opportunities to emerge for us and 2013 will be a most interesting year indeed.
Coffee With A Lid Ltd looks forward to forging further relationships, innovating with new concepts and partnering on intriguing project based endeavours.
The loyalty and dedication we have been shown by the ‘good guys’ far outweighs the few inevitable ‘lows’ or difficulties that any small company like ours might encounter.
We have grown exponentially, kept it lean (not mean!) and been careful to not get carried away with our success.
With one working week left until christmas, we’d like to take this opportunity to wish our clients and friends (and friends who are clients) all the very best for the holiday season and we look forward to bumping into you over the next few weeks in varying states of recreation!
Take care and all the very best for 2013
